TERMS OF SERVICE

I do NOT allow my art to be used for NFTs nor Generative AI-related purposes. My work should NOT be used for profit without my consent, unless otherwise stated so / for commercial use.1) I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.2) I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund half of what's paid (50%) for the said commission.2.a) If the client chooses to cancel the commission, the refund value may change depending on how far progress was made.3) Commissions are to be paid 100% of the price upfront once I accept the request. Otherwise, after a grace period of 3 days, the commission will be canceled.4) All commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Different rates apply for commercial use, and should be negotiated with if ever.5) I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork, so tampering with/claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed. Please credit me when you post it your socials!6) You are required to send as many references as needed, and are allowed up to 3 revisions - more revisions may add to the total price.7) Delivery of the finalized artwork may depend on what type of commission is requested, as well as how much free time I have in-between work. Expect updates from time to time!8) You will receive the full-resolution .png/.jpg image in RGB format through the Artistree.io website, and through Gmail / GDrive link. Do let me know in advance if you wish for any resolution adjustments and/or request for the .kra files themselves!
